🔁 Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges:
Returns: You have 7 days from delivery. The rug needs to be unused and in its original condition.
Cancellations: You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that, we’ve already started weaving.
Exchanges: Possible depending on availability — just reach out.
Custom sizes: These can’t be returned unless there’s a defect or damage.
